I guess, but TbF many places have slipped into unadulterated fascism. Markets are highly manipulated. Just as communists complain that all failed communism wasn’t really communism, a capitalist could rightly complain this isn’t really capitalism.

Existing socialism is not “failed communism.” There are two subsets of the people that say existing socialism is not “real communism:”

      1. The people incorrectly believing that existing and historically existing socialist states are not truly socialist, usually due to some arbitrary degree of “purity” they failed

      2. People correctly stating that socialism and communism are two distinct stages, and that all existing socialism has not yet reached communism.

Socialism as it actually exists in real life has historically been enormously uplifted to the working classes. It has worked every single time it has been established.

Fascism and Capitalism are not opposed. Much rather, fascism is born from capitalist countries, where the owning class controls the media and the government.

Manipulation of markets is also not contradictory to capitalism. The markets are manipulated by capitalists after all.

Finally, the past has proven, that capitalism doesn’t need fascism to create crises.

This is circular. Communist ideals have also degraded to militant authoritative states. I’m not beating a Pro-capitalist drum, but this concept that theres a clearly superior ideology is so reductionist and boring.

Socialist states have indeed resulted in militant defense of their socialist projects. This is a necessary consequence of living in a world driven by imperialism.

I believe you are thinking of Marxist-Leninist ideals. They call themselves communist, but they believe that they can bring about a stateless society (communism) by seizing state power, which is deranged. You cannot achieve a goal through actions that are opposed to said goal.

You aren’t fighting against Marxist-Leninists, but Marxists, period. The Marxist conception of the withering of the state stems from the Marxist understanding that the base of the state is class struggle, so when you abolish class by collectivizing all production and distribution, you abolish the base of the state, which then gradually withers. It does not mean all administration is abolished, but that the aspects of society meant to certify one class stays at the top no longer need to function and thus become useless institutions over time, fading away like horse-carriages today.

a capitalist could rightly complain this isn’t really capitalism.

Fascism and capitalism aren’t mutually exclusive. In fact, they go together hand-in-glove

So no, nobody could rightfully argue that.

the thing is, i can tell you what real communism is: internationalism, where nobody is other-ed by another person. nobody is exploited for another person to relish in their accomplishments. imagine strangers as distant cousins, long lost siblings even and meet them with a real smile.

what, on the other hand is real capitalism? how would the world look like if we skipped past turbo and got hypercapitalism?

i yearn for the first thing, i don’t want to imagine what real capitalism might look like.

Capitalism works! We just need to make sure to crush any country that tries socialism so people don’t see that there is a better alternative.

That might be true if words had no meaning, but fortunately for us, they do! A communist society is a society that is moneyless, classless, and stateless. Given that most so-called “communist” revolutions ended up seizing state power instead of abolishing it, it’s no wonder why they all failed to achieve communism.

On the flip side, capitalism is an economic system where the means of production are privately owned. There is disagreement on whether fascism constitutes it’s own economic system, but the fact remains that it has historically emerged from capitalist states in crisis.

The siezure of state power and establishing a worker state is the fundamental pre-requisite for collectivizing all production and distribution. The abolition of class and money comes along with the collectivization of production and distribution, at which point there is no longer class struggle and thus no basis for a state. This is basic Marxism, the socialist states have not “failed” to do this, but rather have not yet developed to this level.
