Gives me a little proprioceptive and vestibular stimulation on the side to compliment my attention while passing meds at the window. Might not work / be accessible to everybody but it’s something to try and if it adds another tool to your coping skills box you’re welcome.
I know ! I’m careful I swear ! Tbf my shower is hella small so the walls are always in range lol
