The agreement to release oil stocks comes amid growing concerns in Brussels about entering winter with low strategic reserves, and becoming more susceptible to what several EU officials described as US “blackmail”.
Well, this surely is going to accelerate the push for electric vehicles in Europe. I don’t often speculate on the market, but I think my next car is going to be electric at least.
