You can look at what our ancestors did. It took voting against the lesser evil to end slavery. The Republican Party was a third party that abolitionists put forward after generations of effort failed to work either of the existing parties from within. In the end it took forming an entirely new party to actually push forward with abolition.

Just as soon as there’s a viable leftist third party, they’ll have my support. Currently, third party votes only guarantee the greater evil wins.

Yes we wouldnt want you to have to do any work of course. We’ll serve you up something nice on a silver platter, until then I’m sure all the Palestinians will understand that you voted for their genocide. “Oh, there wasn’t an immediate solution to everything available?” They’ll say “no no, we totally get it, please tell them we think its awesome starving to death, wouldn’t want them to be mildly inconvenienced” they’ll say.

“one foreign-policy one-issue” say you dont give a shit about genocide you coward.

but as this last election has proven, voting for them when they can’t win only leads to worse and more genocides

Because the tactic of running an unelectable psycho and yelling at anyone daring to critique her has really been doing wonders.
Funny to bring up Venezuela, you people really have the memory of goldfish. Venezuela has been the target of the US for over a decade now, same goes for Iran. The only thing thats worse (for you) is that you have to pretend to give a shit.

Oh, he gives a shit. Like every other centrist, he prefers genocide over all things.

Gloat more. You just want a system in which no one less genocidal than you is allowed to run.

This is true, unless you’re an immigrant or a Palestinian or a union organizer or a peaceful protester or against expanding the police state or against fucking up the climate or you want to protect womens right to abortion or you want to protect queer people or you want universal healthcare or you want to lower the military budget or you want to stop interventionism. Its also not true about changing the democratic party one elected official at a time.
But if we ignore all that, then its true, Yeah.

We’ve been trying this “incremental change” in Democrats for decades now and this is the results we’ve got. Nah, don’t think it’s going to work chief.
