Big Time Rush should have had an episode where a gay fan assumes James is gay, because… you know. And he starts flirting with James and sending signals, and James obliviously returns the signals out of pure vanity. And Logan is trying to convince James that he’s being flirted with, and James is like “no way, he’s just a fan”. But the fan thinks James is covertly telling him he’s also interested, and he kisses James. And at first James is like “what the fuck dude. I’m straight”. But then afterwards he starts thinking about that fan’s kissable lips, and he tracks down the fan and kisses him back. And he’s like “I don’t know what this means” and the fan’s like “Well I do, and I’m still attracted to you, but clearly you have some introspection to do before this could work”, and then we never see the gay fan again and at the end of the episode when James is performing some generic straight love song with the others, we zoom in and see a tear roll down his cheek.
