“On this episode of Pimp My Property Line… a Exxon Mobil retiree couple wants us to rebuild their 50 yr. old private cabin in Nuvuk, Alaska. It sits on 700 hectares of virgin headland and untapped prospects. Watch as we handover a basket of picked blackberries and the keys and open the door to nirvana. Nirvana, a local, really loves blackberries!!”

I’ll start a competing show where I pull genealogy and restore the house to what the couple’s ancestors would have lived in (it’s always a variation of a hut with a thatched roof.)

I’d tell them it was donated to the most absolutely hard done by population on the planet and show them how many lives they saved, disabilities they cured, mouths they fed, and schools they filled.

Then watch how they’ll handle all the cameras on them filming, knowing what they do next will go out to everyone they know and a few million more.

    “Isn’t that great?!”

Will they take the L orwill they go viral and socially cancel themselves?

    “…y-yeah.”

    Ooooh, smart move, Chad.

It’s kind of like “To Catch a Predator” because their is justice.

Unfortunately the executives you’d pitch this to are also the targets of the show. But I guess they greenlight “To Catch a Predator” and were mostly child predators.

Know your enemy. And if the can sell it, they will. Lots of people watched To Catch a Predator, How many more people would watch a rich Family’s possessions being given away. Poor people nominate their rich bosses.

My “favorites” are the complete morons who are moving to Hurricane Alley and insist on buying beachfront property.

Improvement: they hire the native peoples of the area to build a traditional home, and pay them to teach for a year on how to live in that environment.
