Not trying to judge you sir. Just stating the fact that constricting breathe in any way leads to brain death.

The euphoria that is felt from doing this is due to oxygen deprivation. Doing this regularly with a partner will lead to permanent brain death. This does not mean they die of course, but a part of the brain does and the damage is cumulative.

I personally don’t find giving my partner brain damage to be very sexy. Have fun and be safe!

In my wife’s case, it’s mental and not physical. She doesn’t like being choked. She likes the feeling of my hand around her neck. It’s like a domination kind of thing, or something. In similar vein, she likes being called a good girl.

There is no oxygen deprivation going on.

yeah, a distinction has to be made between real choking (which can’t really be done safely, even a little bit) and mimicking choking with minimal pressure placed somewhere it won’t actually affect blood/air flow. I am willing to do the latter but would never ever consider the former.

Knowing some anatomy helps, as it’s a lot safer to put pressure on muscles like the upper trapezius that are fully behind the trachea or major arteries/veins. Combine that with light pressure in the front on the collarbone and you have a relatively safe approximation of choking.

the brain does and the damage is cumulative.

How can you tell if that cumulative damage is present? What are the symptoms? I didn’t know that :o .

Most commonly seizures, memory loss, motor control loss, dementia, or in more extreme situations coma and even a persistent vegetative state.

Well, the coma and vegetative state are clear, but the cumulative damage is new to me. Thank you for your response.
