You really got me going there for a few seconds, kudos (still waking up), but I don’t think that’s how the dopamine deficiency functions 🤣
Adhd’ers have less ability to create (or retain), dopamine. It’s due to having less dopamine receptors, and they don’t have the same level of efficiency to store it either, based off of some research that I did on the subject.
Edit: having said this, what we eat does totally play a part in helping our brain to produce the most “ingredients” for our brain to create it.
Hey I’ve been dopamine and serotonin deficient my whole life, so I get it. But I do find that kombucha helps improve my mood. Same with yogurt and raw honey. And miso 🤤
wait till they find out about the belly brain, and how microbiota affects mood
2 billion bacteria can’t be wrong when they say cheese is a perfectly valid snack. Or meal.
The more cheeses, the more valid
I need to go get me some thrice-valid pizza
We’re all just a cluster of cells. Majority vote…
My microbiota are cranky little bitches when I haven’t eaten in a while lol
Or just because
Uh oh, my chronically low dopamine wants a word with you
(But you are also right)
Maybe you would have more dopamine if your gut microflora say you could have more dopamine!
