execution: “The act or an instance of putting to death or being put to death as a lawful penalty.”

Whatever he actually said (I don’t know) what is the meaningful difference between “death penalty” and “execute”?

The death penalty is a legal consequence for crimes upon conviction. An execution is quite frequently carried out by third parties and doesn’t necessarily involve due process. Additionally, ‘execute’ carries a much more violent connotation, whereas the word ‘penalty’ implies something wrong has been done to provoke the reaction.

Again, if you can provide me with a quote and source where Charlie Kirk said Joe Biden should be “executed,” I will change my opinion on his assassination being justified.

No you won’t. You’ll just argue semantics like your dead nazi hero.

        so let’s break it down

execution is the killing part. it may be done by 3rd parties outside of the law (ie murder), or it could be the final part of a legal proceeding that leads to the death penalty

the death penalty is the conviction at the end of a legal proceeding

saying someone deserves the death penalty (ie jumping right to their conviction) skips the trial and sentencing etc of a normal legal proceeding. it’s not at all the same as saying someone should be tried for treason

he said that joe biden should be killed by the state no matter how you spin it

He said Joe Biden should ‘be put in prison and/or given the death penalty for his crimes against America.’ That clearly implies he’d accept imprisonment if the court decided on it over the death penalty. That said, I do believe if he were the judge, he’d have opted for the death penalty. I could be wrong, maybe he would have done as Jesus would and turned the other cheek, but for some reason I doubt it.

I think you mean “received a death penalty for his actions” instead of “assassination”.

I’m sorry but why does whether or not an execution is sanctioned by the state matter in any way to you as a user of an anarchist instance? I genuinely cannot comprehend why that’s even a factor in your argument???
