I usually make a red wine and mushroom sauce out of the drippings with probably about as much butter as is on this steak, maybe even a little more. I’m from Ohio
that does sound good, i have to say. i’m not nearly so sophisticated with my steak. still, if you’re directly slathering it in butter after everything is done cooking i think you’re crazy
no offense but do you put a whole stick of butter on your steak
