Genocide does not require the complete elimination of the targeted people. It also doesn’t even involve killing.
A UN Commission has already found that they have and the International Court of Justice has found that the accusation is plausible (the case is still ongoing). Only 10 countries have actively rejected the claim. Newsome isn’t technically correct, he’s just doing pro-Israel spin.
