Do we have to specify anything nowadays? I do not think so. It is very clear that I mean the criminals, because I mentioned countries such as Canada. If you know what happens there, you know what I mean. The Indian Government is not a friend, because they use their own people as agents to kill politicians that oppose Modi. This is the Russian way.
