I keep hearing “Release the Files!” I’ve yet to see any New York or California prosecutors going after anyone named. Hell, they’re still subsidizing the businesses and fetting many of the individuals involved.
I’m not a lawyer, but unless they have reasonable evidence the crimes occurred on their states, the state prosecutors can’t do anything.
The DOJ has that evidence, they have been ordered to release it and they refuse. Prosecutors can’t ask for underacted files “just in case”
