Actually yes it was, there was inflation after covid, but that was steadily getting better.

It’s extremely tiresome to hear the constant whining about how Biden wasn’t good enough, when he obviously was the better option at the time. Don’t blame Biden, blame the ignorant people who voted against their own interests to hurt others, like immigrants, lgbt, colored people and pregnant women. You don’t seem to understand that inflation didn’t reverse…it just slowed back down to normal levels. Anything new who didn’t get raises equivalent to that inflation, now effectively earns less than they did three years ago. And inflation is still rising, just not as fast.
You have to catch up with those excessive rates in order to have the same level of purchasing power as you did before they went up.
