You think treating batteries as disposable is great for the environment?
My phones don’t become ewaste, they get passed on to new owners when I replace my phone, or at worst returned to the manufacturer for tradein/recycling. I do hope you are as diligent at recycling batteries up there on your high horse.
Creating tons of ewaste is not a valid choice
