Personally, I’ve never not received something that was sent in the mail. I’ve had stuff stolen on my doorstep, but my mail carrier has a 100% success rate at getting things to my door.

Print address to envelope, print code, insert money, close envelope, take out all the stamps, calculate the combination to get right value, check the available stock for each stamp, recalculate (no way I am using ones out of stock), take a soft brush, dip in water, wet the stamps, stick them on, make sure they’re on well, let dry, take to mailbox, wait up to 10 days for it to arrive and get credited.
You could print a random letter or graphic(s), preferably on heavier paper, and wrap the cash inside. That should make it a little harder to feel or spot on x-ray.
Yesterday I tried Proxy Store for the first time (previously I used German Amazon), I’ll see how that ends up. Though I wasn’t able to pay with card, because PayPal. Apparently, we now have instant bank transfers accross entire SEPA, so it was sent out on the same day.

We’ve had those for nearly a decade, some banks just took ages to update their apps and websites to actually make use of it for all eligible payments because of course they did.
Just 4 years ago, it cost like 3 or 7 euros to transfer money to Revolut from Swedbank Estonia and it took a business day, because it was considered a foreign transfer and Swedbank had “domestic transfers” and “foreign transfers” as separate options and the former couldn’t send to a Lithuanian IBAN and the latter didn’t use SEPA Instant. Other Estonian banks did it instantly already by then.
also you can pay their fee using cash in an envelope.

Why not? Mail is much more protected legally than online transactions are.
Except that most postal services prohibit sending cash, and will therefore not give a shit if the cash gets lost

Registered mail is allowed with an amount of up to 100€ (insured).
And the recipient has to accept it personally.

I think this is a feature, not a bug. You assume the risk in exchange for some privacy assuming you don’t deanonymize yourself on the return address.
Yeah well, it’s a trade off that might be worth it for some in specific situations.
