A lot of Americans cite foreign food as being “better” and note how much better they feel while traveling. The average American also probably walks 10-20x more while on a European vacation than they do at home. I don’t think it’s the food

From living abroad it’s both. The food is better outside the US in terms of quality, and you tend to walk more outside the US as it’s a car hellscape here.

Happened to the wife and I’ve seen it a lot in videos. I think it’s how the pasta and dough is made, something with the gluten and quality.

I don’t doubt there is Pepsi, I only saw coke, coke zero sugar, Fanta and a few others though.

I don’t really trust ai responses, but I’m not crazy, there is a big difference in European food quality vs the shit they put in food in usa.

There are thousands of videos on YouTube, probably more, getting into details, I can’t find the specific one I saw a few weeks ago. It felt crazy, but it’s a drastic difference.

This is only one guys story, but I believe him being able to eat stuff he normally couldn’t and not get IBS - https://youtu.be/xvIltQicFTU

“What is this witchcraft?!? I don’t feel like shit, I’m sleeping better, and I have a bunch more energy? Must be the food.” - American on vacation suddenly walking miles a day vs walking maybe 100 - 200 yards a day normally.
