    but what specifically is the problem with the processed food? Sodium? Specific kind of fat? Calorie density? lack of fiber?

    Yeah

    Eat natural foods guys. Like, unprocessed in general.

    Vegetable oil is in the ultra processed food category btw and its in everything. And they use it to cook with at restaurants etc too
