    Well, in the home it is, but this is more likely to be impactful for coffee shops. We might end up surprised at where tech like this could take us, even if it doesnt go far in the barista world

      Professional espresso machines have to keep ~10L of water at boiling for the entire day. This absolutely could save a lot of energy.
