I have a half dozen names I could throw out but not sure how far out of Australia they have name recognition. Well besides the Springbay but that’s nowhere near the price range these days.
Japanese whiskeys are nice. Suntory and Nikka Days make pretty good mixers but if you wanna sip there’s always Hibiki.
