Scorching summer of 2003 triggered first efforts to deal with the problem but heatwaves still have devastating impact
That’s the thing: I am prepared and I have prepared in the last years. I have bought air conditioning. I have solar on my roof. I built shady places in my garden. I am prepared and so are Millions of us. There are people who can’t prepare (f.e. because their landlord is not allowing air conditioning) and all those people who haven’t payed attention
