So why is Windows still worse than Linux ?

    Ive used Linux for years as a daily driver. That said, windows is the “better” desktop OS for people who use the OS to open chrome and then buy things from Temu while browsing facegram on their phone with their off hand.

    Linux is the better server OS, which answers all your other points.

      Years ago I installed Mint on an elderly parents laptop and said “that icon is your web browser”. They’ve used it for 8 years without a single problem.

      I have to disagree. Linux desktop is perfect if you’re just using it for browsing, emails and documents. It’s when you want to game or use special software, you might run into issues.
