    Yes, eastern Europe in general could use this law.

      ACKSHUALLY, dogs are den animals and are used to being confined in a den by their mother as pups, crate training a dog isn’t awful and a dog having a crate / den can be very beneficial.

      Confining a dog permanently is awful, putting them in their den while “mom goes hunt is not.

        Yeah, that’s not what I’m talking about, though. You go to a Romanian village and there’s dogs that are literally just living alarm systems. They never get to go outside the cage, and they’re there in all weather.
