Tesla is launching the ‘Cell Giga Challenge’, a new innovation program for battery cell production in Grünheide, Germany. Startups will have the opportunity to test their technologies directly in cell production at the Gigafactory Berlin-Brandenburg. The focus is on solutions that improve the quality, efficiency, and scalability of manufacturing.
Fuck Tesla, esp. in Germany. There was so much trouble around the building of this factory I’m still surprised it came to be at all. And now they’re bringing more workplace rights violations and possibly all sorts of violations.
Fuck whatever they call “innovation”. No greenwashing, esp. not for Tesla, esp. not in Grünheide.
