Fewer Poles living abroad amid decline in UK, Germany

The biggest percentage increase has been in Switzerland, followed by the Netherlands.

Is there something going wrong in translation or are Poles considering Germany “overseas” now? And what sea?

  Yeah even the uk doesnt usually count as overseas? Its not mainland europe but you wouldnt call monaco overseas either.
