Ya, but print 101, designers know contrast thresholds and how much they reduce as typeface goes smaller. Even if this was a junior, it’d never make it past final checks. Even then a lot of printers would reply back after opening the file, “Uh… You sure?”
Of course they know. Do you think that was an accident? Whoever did that knew those things and did it on purpose.
