    Depends on the country. Worst I’ve seen was if you’re not in the queue by 8 or 9 am, you won’t make it through the line before the doctor’s go to their other job they legally shouldn’t have after lunch. So if you know someone in the hospital, you might get a “was here yesterday” ticket and then you come back the next day at 8:00 and are seen before the new line goes. Most people would go get the “was here yesterday” ticket and went home it back to work and try tomorrow. That or they bribe someone to bribe the doctor to get in same day.

    So, depends on if 24+ hours and paying for it anyway is better by that metric or not.
