Last time I read the Wikipedia article, both Kool-Aid and Flavor-Aid were found on-site during the post-event cleanup.
But also, a lot of people used (and still use) “coolaid” as a generic name for non-carbonate flavored and sweetened water, they aren’t meaning the Kool-Aid product line specifically.

I don’t think powders count as cordial/squash.
Usually it is made from a powder instead of a concentrate, it does doesn’t match https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/cordial#Noun exactly.
But, yes, it is a non-carbonated soft drink, almost always fruit flavored.

I don’t think most people know what Flavor Aid is anymore. Kool aid lived on in pop culture but Flavor Aid died off years ago. Plus they have the same ending word. Easy for a lot of people to mess up.
But yes. It was Flavor Aid. Last Podcast on the Left did a special on Jonestown and mentioned it a few times.
