The centre-left opposition have pulled ahead slightly. A right-wing majority now would be more of an upset.

Getting from an opposition victory to a viable government will be another question, which will require either (a) the definitely not leftist Center party to accept supporting a government with the ex-communist Left party, (b) the Left party accepting a position like the SD in Tidö, of supporting the government whilst being nominally outside of it (despite having more seats than the Center), or © the Greens supporting a government comprised of the Social Democrats, Center and the two smaller right-wing parties, despite the KD being performatively pro-fossil and anti-ecological culture-warriors.
