I asked for updating instructions… as in “once I make changes, how do I push to prod?” They gave me instructions on how to update angular and dotnet packages. Mother FUCKERS. I spent time digging around the code, setting up my dev env, and then I noticed dev and prod had a slight difference. “yeah, we gave you the wrong branch” Fuck. I had to dig around and find out how they started the docker on prod and then I could replace the .dll and restart the container. It was not fun.
