Oh absolutely, my point was more to the cliché of people wanting (or offering) the lowest big number they can think of.
The hostage taker demanding a million, the inventor selling their patent for 10K, the banker offering 100k to compensate for loosing a democratic government.
It is always funny to me that people just pick the first high number they can think of.
Why 100k? Why not 200k? That is an increase of 100%, or even a highly specific amount, say $725892.23?
100k per person laughable small, if you consider how much they generate in revenue for the country over let’s say 20 years.
