It’s the USA responsibility.
It’s the world’s problem, so it’s the world’s responsibility.
I don’t think you realize how the world feels about the USA and this problem. Not even just now, but for decades if not a couple of centuries.
It’s the USA precedent. If you CAN do it, then it’s fine. Might is right.
Which is why its so awful for everyone.

I agree. But I’m just saying if anyone wants to it’s justifiable.
Ultimately, this is what I see happening, since we are
shirkingoutsourcing our responsibility. I don’t know the ultimate outcome.
