Building huge quantities of high-speed rail, dramatically ramping up electrification and solar production, carrying out massive poverty eradication campaigns to lessen the rural/urban development divide, delivering over 90% government approval rates consistently? That’s… a bad idea. The CCP is evil, but one thing they’re not short on is good ideas.
