The definition of transgender is anyone who identifies with a gender other than the one they were assigned at birth. It is therefore an umbrella term that includes nonbinary genders.

they don’t disagree. they are two different things. two words that mean different things.
a car and a truck are two different things.
just because hybrids combinations exist, doesn’t mean cars and trucks aren’t different things.
non binary and trans are two different things. some people are both, some are one, some are neither.
just like being italian and being scottish are two different things.
