Signal is drawing a hard line on the federal government’s proposed surveillance legislation: comply with Bill C-22 or leave the country. Edit: Just saw that the last update was 3 years ago, just keep that in mind. I think for some situations it is still useful and can be used, as the encryption and key-exchange seems to be solid.
