I’m busy not thinking about invading a country. USA’s government maybe? Maybe they are the ones doing crazy things?

If we the people governed then someone would have flushed that turd a long time ago before it started to stink up the whole place and before it started looking sad at every meeting.

Hey do you think maybe he’d be less effective at stinking up the place if the machines of state weren’t seemingly already primed and ready and willing to do non-stop atrocities

China does not have a single nationwide “social credit score” that rates every citizen.

What actually exists is a set of legal blacklists, the most famous being the court judgment defaulter list (失信被执行人). It applies to people and businesses who refuse to comply with a court decision, usually things like unpaid debts.

If you ignore a court order, the court can place you under a high-consumption restriction (限制高消费). That means you can’t spend money on certain luxury services (first-class train tickets, flights, five-star hotels, or other high-end purchases) until you comply with the judgment.

You can still travel normally, stay in regular hotels, work, shop, and live your life. The restriction is specifically designed to stop people who refuse to obey court rulings from enjoying luxury spending while ignoring their legal obligations.

The popular idea in the west that everyone in China has a constantly changing personal “score” based on everyday behavior is simply western fantasy.

No point arguing or giving facts to these people. You are wasting your time. They are stuck in their propaganda bubble. Meanwhile the US has the worst credit system in the world, up to 800% interests to keep the poor people poor, no healthcare but GoFundMe, no infrastructure structure like high speed rail, but keep shitting on China.

China doesn’t care. They are already so far ahead of the US in so many ways like again infrastructure, green energy, EV’s, etc.

Leave these poor people in their Newsmax and Fox, meta bubble. They are not worth it.

The thing that doesn’t exist in China? The thing that we have in the west called a credit score that affects which cars we can own and where we can live?

Do you care to read the things you post, or do you just like being ignorant and spreading misinformation.

No, there is no social credit score, as explained in your link specifically.

No, there is no grand big brother system watching your every move through cameras ‘docking your score’ every time you wipe your ass.

No, there’s not even a national ‘social credit’ system in place, as explained in your link specifically.

What does exist is the equivalent of a ‘universal background check’ system, as explained in your link. This means governments, yes plural because China’s system isn’t a strict hierarchy especially in this case, can check the criminality of a person or business pretty much instantly without needing to dig through details. It’s like how the US just completely destroys the lives of felons permanently regardless of if it was a gram of weed two decades ago or literally killing multiple police officers. Except it also credits positive impacts and restitution so you aren’t permanently ear marked as a bad person.

All of this is explained in your link, specifically. Which is amazing given wikipedia is usually incredibly bad at vetting information about China. That’s the thing, your website filled with propaganda sources is literally telling you you’re wrong, but you didn’t read about this at all, you heard propaganda or memes 10 years ago and just never cared to learn about it.

And this system isn’t even online or universal. Most provinces don’t have it. Most cities don’t participate in it at all. It’d be better if they did.

Compare this to the actual social credit score the US has, which is run by three private companies and can prevent you from getting an apartment, a job, or in some cases government assistance.

          From your link:

There has been a degree of misreporting and misconceptions in English-language mass media due to translation errors, sensationalism, conflicting information and lack of comprehensive analysis. Examples of such popular misconceptions include a widespread misassumption that Chinese citizens are rewarded and punished based on a numerical score (social credit score) assigned by the system, that its decisions are taken by AI and that it constantly monitors Chinese citizens.

The article is worth reading. It describes what kind of credit scoring system does exist in China, and what is sensationalized Western propaganda.

Nah sorry your fucking country seems to have no resistance whatsoever to blowing up children so long as the man responsible is from the right color team. But I’m sure another couple permitted nonviolent protests parades will do the trick of dismantling the genocide engines. You’d probably be nodding along to NYT opeds discussing blowing up power plants in Iran if Harris were president right now.
