despite being asked not to by the land owner, the National Trust, because the beach is an ecologically sensitive site.

    Shouldn’t this have mattered more?

Harry Potter fans care more about a fake elf’s fake grave than the lives and happiness of the real people JK harasses every day. Assholes.

How are they constantly the worst fandom on this planet ? I don’t remember a single time Potterheads had a sliver of sanity. They just are a conglomeration of the worst traits you could think of; loud, obnoxious, media illiterate, blind in nostalgia, numerous and worst of all: financing the mold zombie

Maybe not any other book. Well, thinking about it, if they’d read the bible instead, at least there’s a good chance it stops them from becoming religious. So maybe ANY other book is correct after all

Those people are weird but also why is the National Trust giving in to those demands? Maybe we could have more harmony in the world if we don’t listen to every completely irrational nonsense?

Since Rowling was declared Britain’s greatest living national treasure for saving the country from the transes, they have no choice. She’s essentially Gender Churchill, and not showing her sufficient deference would be as scandalous as not wearing a poppy in November.

Even at my peak fandom I’d have thought that’s stupid. And now I think destroying that fake grave would have been an added benefit of the cable.
