Hello - the birthday problem is interesting but it has no bearing on a simple percentage probability. The reason the odds of two people having the same birthday don’t rise linearly with the number of people is that every time you add someone to the set you also add a new possible birthday to match. You get to compare them to every other member of the group for a chance to match. You’re not just adding 1/365 each time, trying over and over to hit one date. You’re adding new dates to hit as you go.
This doesn’t apply in a simple probability like “0.6% of people have a micropenis so if you know 300 people, odds are you know one.” You really are just adding 0.6 every time you consider one more person in the set.

But adding a third person adds 2 more chances. Adding that 23rd person adds 22 more chances than adding the 22nd person. 1+2+3…+22=253 separate checks, of which only one needs to match.

Having a micro penis is a medical condition, it’s not a joke, and having medical solutions for it is something doctors have worked on for at least a century, this isn’t just someone has a below average penis size or wishes they had a very above average size, it’s a penis that’s medically significant in reduced size far enough away from average it requires a solution so the individual can function in a typical way.
having a disproportionately small/large organ of any size can be a medical issue that can lead to diminished life quality or expectancy without management or care.

I’m convinced body dysmorphia is linked to a lack of some public nudity at beaches etc where you can see fat, short, flabby etc all on display and realize you’re kinda normal, our only interaction with nudity is the body types seen in porn.
Its not specific to nudity at beaches, but more of a general thing. Expectations about what a body should look like and the extreme focus on a binary gender is incredibly harmful for everyone, since it creates boxes were everyone tries to fit into. When we AS society collectively work on demolishing these boxes it remives a lot of stress for everyone who previously had been excluded by these boxes. Realizing, that bodies are different and that it is no shame to look different from some arbitrary beauty standard, that’s unreachable for most people, is one of the best things that can happen to you.
